Why Older Women Want Younger Men

Heidi Klum leads the way with her husband Tom Kaulitz: despite a huge age gap, the two are in a happy relationship. In Germany, too, more and more older women prefer younger men, both in bed and as partners. Do older women really want younger men? And which advantages play an important role? We got to the bottom of it.
Among celebrities, too: older women want younger men
In the celebrity world, relationships with a big age gap are no longer rare. For the men, it has become almost normal to be photographed with a girlfriend who is at least 20 years younger. The best-known example is Donald Trump and his wife Melania, who is more than 24 years his junior. But it works the other way around as well: older women want younger men, too! The best proof of this:• Heidi Klum (45) and Tom Kaulitz (29) • Simone Thomalla (53) and Silvio Heinevetter (34) • French President Emmanuel Macron (41) and Brigitte Macron (65)
Older women want younger men, but why, really?
For many women, desire plays a major role when choosing a partner. Older women have usually been through longer relationships and then know exactly what they want, or what they don't want. Fed up with the lack of passion and the boredom in bed, they long for a young, toned partner. The testosterone level, which is responsible for a man's desire, drops with age, while women's desire knows no limits. No wonder more and more older women want younger men. When women of a mature age go looking for a new partner, it isn't easy for them. The dating "market" is full of men their own age struggling with erectile problems, hair loss and midlife crises. It's not just that women's tastes get more demanding with age; a sense of adventure plays an important role here, too.Other positive side effects that older women appreciate in a younger partner are the humor and the high willingness to adapt that women look for in vain among men their own age.

Even Playboy asked: how many older women really want younger men? In 2016, Playboy spared no effort or expense to get to the bottom of this question. The magazine commissioned the market research institute Mafo.de to run a survey to find out how many older women really want younger men. The study shows that one in seven German women over 30 wants a younger partner. Among women from their mid-40s on, the wish for a younger sex partner grows even stronger, with one in six of those over 45 wanting a younger man. As the study shows, the desire for a younger partner increases with age: among women over 60, it already applies to more than 80 percent! As the study also proves: older women want younger men! No wonder, because why should older women put up with the problems of men their own age when they could have fun with a younger partner instead?
